This training is led by Sophie Gaudet, Vice-President of Quantitative Research at Benchmark Public Relations. Sophie has ten years of experience conducting psychological, demographic and market research for the private and public sectors. She holds a Ph.D. in quantitative and social psychology from the University of Ottawa. The Designing Effective Surveys Workshop will offer an overview of the processes associated with survey creation, including considerations and pit-falls to avoid in survey question development.
